Must demonstrate honesty, integrity, truthfulness, reputation, and competency per Utah Code 61-2f-203(1)(c). Felony within 5 years or fraud misdemeanor within 3 years may disqualify.

Must affiliate with a Principal Broker (Utah's term for managing/sponsoring broker) to hold an active license.
