First Renewal Notes

Must complete 30-hour Post-License Education (PLE) within 1 year of initial licensure. Nine specific courses: Fair Housing, RE Law, Ethics, Agency Law, Contract Writing, Risk Management, Escrow, Finance. PLE is separate from standard CE.
