First Renewal Notes
PSA license valid only 1 year. Must complete 45-hour post-licensing education and upgrade to Sales Associate ($215) before PSA expiration.
Deadlines
Renewal available 60 days before expiration. Inactive licensees must still renew every 3 years but no CE required.
CE hours increased from 21 to 30 effective June 1, 2025. Non-residents only need 8 CE hours (1 Broker Relationship Act + 1 Code & Rules + 6 Contracts & Forms).
